A man and woman were killed by a rocket near Nafah Junction in the Golan Heights, police report. Rescue services say the rocket directly hit their vehicle. The civilians were passing by during a barrage of 40 rockets launched by Hezbollah, which targeted a nearby army base.
Noa and Nir Baranes, both 46-year-old, have been identified as the two Israeli civilians killed.
