Security forces arrested multiple Hamas terrorists residents of Hevron, Jerusalem, Shechem and Ramallah who attended Bir Zait University in the Binyamin area. Terrorists planned to stop cars with nails on the road, then open fire at Israelis on the stopped vehicles.
