in 2008 the Israeli paper, Maariv, obtained the contents of the note that Obama left at the Western Wall in Jerusalem and published it on their front page.

The note was written on the letterhead of the King David Hotel, the hotel that then candidate Barack Obama put in the wall.

It is tradition that visitors stick notes of prayer or wishes into the wall.

Obama’s note said:

Lord,

Protect my family and me. Forgive me my sins and help me guard against pride and despair.

Give me the wisdom to do what is right and just.

And make me an instrument of your will.

Maariv reported that Obama’s note was taken by a yeshiva student who was at the wall at the same time. The rabbi of the Western Wall, Rabbi Shmuel Rabinovitch, condemned the publication of the contents of Obama’s letter.

So no, we don’t have the contents of Trump’s letter and if we did, we wouldn’t publish it, but every once in a while, when the news comes in so fast and heavy, we sometimes need to take a time out for the lighter side of the news, be it a political cartoon or meme.

Today, we present, an imagination of what Donald Trump may have wished for in his Western Wall note.

Share to make someone else laugh.

While we are at it, we will just place this here….
