The picture of the 22-year-old Salman Abedi terrorist, suspected of carrying out the suicide attack at Manchester Arena on Monday evening has been released.
Abedi was a home grown terrorist, born in Manchester to family believed to be of Libyan origin.Manchester is home to one of the largest Libyan communities in the UK and the family having a Libyan flag flying in its house.
Salford University has confirmed that Salman Abedi was a student there.
Abedi attended the Didsbury Mosque, also know as the Manchester Islamic Center. Abedi’s father used to perform the call for prayer at the mosque.
It’s believed the Manchester bomber arrived back into the U.K in the last few days.
