John McCain Kills GOP’s ‘Skinny’ ObamaCare Repeal Plan

Senator John McCain of Arizona was the deciding vote that defeated the last- ditch Senate Republican healthcare “skinny repeal” bill in a surprise vote on Friday morning. The bill would have repealed key parts of ObamaCare.

McCain who returned to the Senate after undergoing emergency brain cancer surgery opposed the measure together with 2 other GOP Senators, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Susan Collins of Maine.

“I believe Obamacare will be repealed, however for now it won’t happen, the real losers tonight are the millions of Americans who have had their health insurance cancelled, who have lost their doctors, who have seen their premiums skyrocket.” said, SenatorTed Cruz of Texas.

“3 Republicans and 48 Democrats let the American people down. As I said from the beginning, let ObamaCare implode, then deal. Watch!” Donald Trump tweeted.
