BROOKLYN- A car  rammed into over 20 people in a bike lane in downtown Manhattan. CPR is in progress on several people who are non-responsive.

 

At least 4 are reported dead and multiple others injured after a truck rammed into cyclists in lower Manhattan. Reports are also coming in that the driver also shot people once he excited the truck. The driver is in custody.
