NYC ‘Allahu Akbar’ Truck Terrorist Named Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov

Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov is identified as the driver accused of ramming a Home Depot rental truck into people on a bike path on Manhattan’s West Side Highway, killing at least people and injuring over 20.

Saipov is a 29-year-old male from Tampa, Florida who is Uzbek national who came to US in 2010.

A school bus driver reportedly tried to stop the attack by ramming into Saipov’s truck. Saipov was then reported to to have jumped out of the disabled vehicle with two guns in his hand, while shouting “Allahu Akbar” prompting police to draw their guns and fire.

According to Police, Saipov was stopped in the Mount Holly Springs Borough, Pennsylvania, in March 2015 and he gave police a Paterson, New Jersey address. Saipov was also stopped in 2012 near Hershey, PA and also listed a Paterson, New Jersey address.

Saipov’s last two images on Facebook reportedly show Saipov’s posts in Arabic which translate to “Allah is great”.
