A video shows the terrorist right after he intentionally drove down a cycle path on the West Side Highway for 20 blocks where he fatally struck 8 people.

The terrorist exited the vehicle while shouting “Allahu Akbar” prompting police to draw their guns and fire. The terrorist was taken into custody alive but was injured.
