A 13-page bombshell report released by Ron Johnson (R., Wisc.) has raised alarming questions over the recent assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump.
It has been nine days since the horrifying attempt on Trump’s life during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania, where 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks used his father’s legally obtained assault rifle to wreak havoc. Before being neutralized, Crooks unleashed a storm of bullets that claimed the life of one attendee, critically injured two more, and left the Republican candidate with a wound on his right ear.

The Secret Service was initially not planning to send snipers to the rally, nor did they attend a crucial security briefing with local SWAT teams on the morning of the assassination attempt. Also, security collaboration was mismanaged, with local law enforcement reporting infrequent direct radio contact with the Secret Service.
Perhaps most alarmingly, Crooks was spotted on the roof of a building outside the security zone 20 minutes before the shooting. Local law enforcement reportedly notified command of Crooks’ presence beforehand and even sent photos for facial recognition.
Meanwhile, Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle is expected to testify in Congress on Monday over her role in failing to protect the former president.
Cheatle was appointed to take over the agency’s 7,800 special agents two years ago by President Biden. At the time, Biden said he had “complete trust” in Cheatle, who had served on his vice-presidential detail during the Obama administration.
“Kim has had a long and distinguished career at the Secret Service, having risen through the ranks during her 27 years with the agency, becoming the first woman in the role of Assistant Director of protective operations,” Biden said. “She has my complete trust, and I look forward to working with her.”
“She is a distinguished law enforcement professional with exceptional leadership skills, and was easily the best choice to lead the agency at a critical moment for the Secret Service.”
Sounds like someone purposely ignored the warning, the reports.
Sounds like someone is purposely directing the Director. … hmmm what does that mean?
Sounds like the Director is trying to say “ we failed” without becoming the whistleblower of the real Director. You can’t make this up.
