The NYPD is seeking information about a man who made antisemitic comments and threw a bag of dog feces into a victim’s car, NYPD Crime Stoppers announced on Saturday.

The NYPD released a picture of the suspect, who committed the act in southern Manhattan.

Police are investigating the incident as a hate crime.
