0 commentsJewish students at Cornell University were met with antisemitic graffiti on the first day of class on Monday.
According to the Cornell Daily Sun, Day Hall was vandalized overnight with anti-Israel messages including “Israel Bombs, Cornell pays” and “Blood is on your hands.” The perpetrators also shattered the glazing of the building’s front doors.
“We had to accept that the only way to make ourselves heard is by targeting the only thing the university administration really cares about: property,” an activist told the paper.
“With the start of this new academic year, the Cornell administration is trying desperately to upkeep a facade of normalcy knowing that, since last semester, they have been working tirelessly to uphold Cornell’s function as a fascist, classist, imperial machine.”
Cornell is still reeling from a series of violent anti-Israel protests that rocked campus during the previous academic year. To maintain order this time around, interim president Michael Kotlikoff issued a comprehensive statement on Monday outlining the university’s approach to disruptions.
In it, Kotlikoff emphasized his commitment to protecting “individual expressive activities” while asserting it’s limited by the need to safeguard the university’s “essential functions and the mutual rights of others.” He added that regulated encampments will be allowed, but anything deemed disruptive will face harsh disciplinary violations such as suspensions or criminal charges.
The parents of those perpetrators who damaged the doors should have to pay all costs of repairs!;

I think everyone is missing the point. Njsp is an extension of ham ass. Just another way of perpetrating an act of terrorism. Sometimes the psychological impact is worse than actual bodily assault. Unfortunately the dumb ass woke liberals will look down on real punishment. President Reagan said it and then backed up his words with strong actions.
