President Donald Trump stirred the pot earlier this month by posting an AI-generated video on Truth Social depicting his grand vision to transform Gaza into the “Riviera of the Middle East.”
Seen by millions, the 30-second clip begins by showing barefoot Arabs walking through war-torn Gaza before entering a luxury coastal paradise. Trump’s reimagined Gaza featured gleaming skyscrapers along the Mediterranean shore, with a towering golden statue of himself overlooking a bustling square. In the end, Trump and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu are seen lounging by a pool in swimwear, sipping cocktails amid luxury apartments.

Now a counter-video is going viral.
A group calling itself “SahatEnglish,” which bills itself as the “first Palestinian digital media platform unfiltering the Palestinian cause,” posted its own AI counter-vision of Gaza on Instagram with the caption reading “A message to #Trump: #Gaza will always be Palestinian!”
The video deliberately mirrors and counters specific elements of Trump’s production, replacing Trump balloons with children holding “I love Gaza” balloons and substituting bearded belly dancers with Palestinian youth performing traditional dabkeh folk dances on the beach.
A rock anthem plays throughout, hammering home the message: “Gaza is ours… no matter who, no matter how, we stand unshaken. We are here, we will remain, Gaza rises through the pain.” In perhaps the pettiest touch, it portrays Trump and Netanyahu in orange jumpsuits siting in jail.
