Comedian Nathan Fielder has taken aim at Paramount+ in a blistering criticism aired during Sunday’s episode of his HBO series “The Rehearsal.”
The 41-year-old comedian revealed that Paramount+ had removed a 2015 episode of his former Comedy Central show “Nathan for You” in which he launched Summit Ice, a winter apparel brand designed to promote Holocaust awareness.

According to Fielder, who is Jewish, the streamer told him the decision originated with Paramount+ Germany, who became “uncomfortable with what they called ‘anything that touches on antisemitism in the aftermath of the Israel-Hamas attacks.'”
Using charged historical imagery, Fielder depicted Paramount’s decision as an ideological conquest similar to the Nazi’s territorial expansion, with a map showing the Paramount+ brand progressively overtaking European countries.
“Before long, the ideology of Paramount+ Germany had spread to the entire globe, eliminating all Jewish content that made them uncomfortable,” Fielder said. “This is real by the way.”
To underscore his point, Fielder displayed real-time footage of the streamer’s website, demonstrating that searches for “Judaism” yield no results while “Nazi” returns 50 results and “Hitler” brings up 10.
“We’ve been erased,” he concluded.
Later in the episode, Fielder created an elaborate simulation of Paramount+ Germany’s offices, where he confronted an actor portraying an executive.
“I know you guys probably feel a lot of shame about what you did in the past and now you’re trying to overcompensate by being the world leaders of fighting antisemitism,” he told the actor, “but when it comes to art, I think you have to know your place. And you have to let us Jews express ourselves.”
The Summit Ice episode, which Fielder described as his “proudest achievement,” was originally created in response to Canadian apparel company Taiga praising Holocaust denier Doug Collins.
