A spike in antisemitic incidents and the controversial reactions to the Gaza war have left many Jewish voters feeling unsure about their political allegiances. It comes as President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have often paid lip service to their support for Israel, while largely holding back from tangible action following the October 7 Hamas attack.
Stepping up its outreach efforts, the Jewish Democratic Council of America (JDCA) released targeted ads aimed at Jewish voters in key battleground states including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Building on this momentum, the JDCA is planning a series of high-profile events featuring prominent lawmakers with strong pro-Israel credentials during next week’s Democratic National Convention in Chicago. Senator Ben Cardin of Maryland, along with Representatives Jerry Nadler of New York and Jamie Raskin of Maryland, are slated to speak at these events.
On Monday, Harris appointed Ilan Goldenberg as her director of Jewish outreach. Goldenberg, a Jerusalem-born foreign policy analyst with experience at the National Security Council, will serve as the primary liaison between Harris and Jewish community leaders.
Meanwhile, pro-Israel Senators John Fetterman of Pennsylvania and Cory Booker of New Jersey will headline the launch of the Zioness Action Fund in conjunction with the DNC. Formed by a coalition of Jewish activists, the Zioness Action Fund, positions itself as a champion of diverse causes, such as pro-choiceaand LGBTQ rights It will join the JDCA in direct outreach to Jews in battleground states through millions of texts, calls, and other messages.
A recent poll conducted by the American Jewish Committee has found that 68% of Jewish adults still identify as Democrat, while 45% of respondents felt more connected with Israel since October 7. With so much at stake for Israel during this year’s presidential election, both Democrats and Republicans cannot afford to lose the Jewish vote.

To Hamas they say nothing . Harris never condemned the squad anti American anti Israel antisemetic rhetoric in Congress. Do not vote for Harris. She is not for Jews or Israel. She isn’t even good for America.
