Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for the attack on the northern town of Hurfeish on Wednesday, stating that it launched multiple explosive-laden drones at an army position in the area.

The terror group asserts that the attack was in retaliation for recent deadly IDF strikes in southern Lebanon, including a strike in Naqoura yesterday that resulted in the death of a Hezbollah member.

The IDF announced it is investigating why sirens did not sound during the attack, which injured at least 11 people, one of whom is in critical condition.
