A routine inspection of brunt out vehicles from Hamas devasting massace against Israel on October 7 has led to a tragic discovery
A sharp-eyed officer on Wednesday spotted what appeared to be bone fragments inside 2 burned-out cars. Forensic teams quickly extracted samples for DNA analysis. The vehicles had been transferred to Israel’s police academy as part of Israel’s ongoing investigation into that fateful day which saw 1,200 innocents butchered and 250 taken hostage to Gaza.

Reopening wounds that had barely begun to heal, the families of those believed to have been in these vehicles were promptly notified.
Meanwhile, Israeli authorities have pushed offthe release of findings from the massacre at Kibbutz Nir Oz until mid-August. According to Israel Hayom, investigators convened Tuesday to receive direction on how to avoid the mistakes made at Kibbutz Be’eri where an IDF unit allegedly left without permission
The report is expected to be one of the most damning and complex assessments presented to date, as Nir Oz has become a tragic symbol of abandonment during Hamas’ vicious rampage. Approximately a quarter of the kibbutz’s population was either killed or abducted without any resistance, and the first IDF battalion only arrived on scene after the terrorists had already left.
