A federal jury has convicted Hunter Biden on all three federal felony gun charges.Two of the counts carry maximum prison sentences of 10 years, while the third has a maximum of five years.

Under federal guidelines, he could get over a year, but the judge has discretion. Each count also carries a $250,000 max fine. No sentencing date has been set.

His father President Joe Biden has vowed to respect the court’s decision.
