A recent Israeli airstrike killed Ahmed Fawzi Nasser Muhammad Wadiyya, a Hamas Nukhba force company commander responsible for leading the October 7 invasion of Netiv Haasara. Wadiyya, who entered the village by paraglider and oversaw a massacre, was among eight Hamas terrorists killed near Gaza City’s al-Ahli hospital.
The IDF confirmed the strike targeted members of the Daraj-Tuffah Battalion, with one involved in supplying bombs used to breach the Gaza security barrier. The military took measures to minimize civilian harm during the operation.
