Leave it to Kyrie Irving to find new lows for injecting anti-Israel bigotry into a sporting event meant to be a safe haven from politics.

On the grandest stage of his profession Sunday night, the Dallas Mavericks’ marquee player couldn’t resist using the NBA Finals as a platform to double down on his despicable pattern of anti-Semitic vitriol. Seen hanging out of his bag as he was on his way to the game was a keffiyeh scarf – the calling card symbol of Arab extremism.

Irving’s pattern of mainstreaming rhetorical arson against the Israeli people follows on the heels of a press conference in December (seen below) accessorized with both a keffiyeh headscarf and a necklace rendering the map of Israel masked by the Palestinian nationalist flag.

“Where are all you tough talking Media Heads that get on TV and social platforms to condemn people who stand by the oppressed?? Crimes are being committed against humanity and most of you are silent. Cat got your tongue? Or you’re afraid of actually standing for something real,” Irving wrote on X a few days after the Hamas massacre on October 7.

Rather than using his celebrity status as an NBA luminary to celebrate the power of sports to transcend cultural boundaries, Irving is instead co-opting that exalted platform as a billboard to broadcast ideological hatreds relentlessly opposed to the Jewish State’s right to exist.

As if Irving’s on-court politicking wasn’t enough, his fans outside reportedly took to the streets to protest against Israel’s “illegal occupation” of Gaza. Before Game 2 tipped off, they gathered outside Boston’s TD Garden waving flags that read “Free Palestine” and “End the Occupation.”

Hey you guys just posted a story and while I hate kyrie i hate liars more that post was from last year and you guys made it seem as if it was from during the finals and he never made those comments he was asked about basketball and answered with basketball I am a fan of the Dallas mavericks and he never made any statement I don’t expect you to issue a retraction because I don’t think you will admit you are wrong because you will hide behind the fact that since he is an anti semite we don’t have to tell the truth
