Blood-soaked Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar may soon find that time is not on his side.

According to the Washington Post, with supplies and ammunition dwindling, Sinwar is desperately seeking a deal with Israel. Rather than accept the latest ceasefire proposal, he is clinging to hope that Iran or Hezbollah will launch an assault on Israel to open a new front.

However, such a threat doesn’t seem to be materializing as expected. US intelligence suggests Iran will likely disappoint Sinwar, having been deterred by forceful US warnings. Next week, Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani is expected to meet with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian in an attempt to persuade the regime from attacking until at least a ceasefire is reached.

Instead, Iran is pressuring Hezbollah to strike Israel on its behalf, but even this seems to be falling short of Sinwar’s hopes. Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah has reportedly scaled back his initial plans for a massive missile barrage on Tel Aviv as he doesn’t want a full-out war with Israel either.

Despite his dire circumstances, Sinwar remains actively involved in hostage negotiation proposals, meticulously studying each offer before responding. Sources close to the Hamas leader suggest he’s seeking either an “honorable exchange deal” or is prepared to face death, staunchly rejecting any possibility of exile from Gaza.

After 10 months of war, Israel has successfully eliminated several senior Hamas leaders but has yet to capture Sinwar. The terror chief’s last confirmed sighting since October 7 came earlier this year when the IDF released footage allegedly showing him with family members in a Gaza tunnel.

If they are running out of weapons why are they still sending barrages of missiles towards Israel?

Because there must be some terrorist tunnels still intact I. The Philadelphia Corder. You know. Weapons smuggled in with Egyptian complicity. You know, with those very same Egyptians that made a peace treaty with Israel and left Israel as a kick in the pants, that cesspool Gaza because they the Egyptians didn’t want the Gazans. You know , after Carter forced Begin to give back the entire Sinai instead of just a chunk which was far beyond Sadat’s expectations… we basically opened up major weapon access from Egypt to Gaza. Thank you USA. Thank you Carter. And you know , Biden upon becoming POTUS released 120 billion dollars back to Iran. So know you know that the US has been supplying both sides with weapons. Thank you Joe. From all the families of the fallen soldiers and massacred civilians. G-d save Israel from destructive Democratic presidency.
