US intelligence probing the motive behind the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump discovered a message on the gaming platform Steam, believed to be written by the shooter, stating, “July 13 will be my premiere, watch as it unfolds”.

Additionally, Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, had conducted internet searches for both Trump and President Joe Biden on his phone. These searches included the dates of Trump’s rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, and the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.
