The death toll in the Jaffa terror attack has now been updated to six, according to police reports. Nine others sustained injuries in the incident.

One of the terrorists carried an assault rifle, while the other was armed with a knife. The attackers initially targeted civilians on the Tel Aviv light rail, shooting and stabbing passengers, before continuing their rampage on foot down Jerusalem Street in Jaffa.

Police confirm that a municipal security officer, along with armed civilians, intervened and successfully “neutralized” the two terrorists.
