In a recent interview UN Secretary-General António Guterres stated:

“Of course there are [terror] tunnels below UNRWA premises, as there are tunnels everywhere throughout Gaza.”

What he neglects to mention is that these tunnels were being powered directly by UNRWA headquarters directly above, stockpiles of weapons were found in UNWRA buildings and numerous UNRWA employees were actively involved in the October 7th massacre.
