The two 21-year-old suspects have been identified as Muhammad Farouk Yosef Agbaria, and Abdel Mahdi Masoud Muhammad Jabarin.<\/p>\n<p>Both suspects confessed on planning to travel to Africa to carry out attacks on behalf of ISIS.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"n3VNCb KAlRDb aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hstoday.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Screen-Shot-2020-03-16-at-12.56.00-AM.png\" alt=\"ISIS in Their Own Words: Recruitment, Motivations, Duties and Disillusionment - HS Today\" width=\"520\" height=\"303\" data-noaft=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The suspects were closely tracked by Israeli security forces which revealed their connection to ISIS. The two consumed extremist ISIS content including videos of beheadings and trained themselves using a self-made shooting range in preparation for terrorist activity.<\/p>\n<p>Agrabia and Jabarin received new passports from a man who had recently returned from Africa after fighting for ISIS.
