Three Israelis were wounded, early Thursday morning in a terror attack targeting school buses and other vehicles in Judea and Samaria.
Initial reports indicate two bulletproof school buses and several cars came under gunfire while passing the Arab town of al-Auja on Route 90. Among the victims, a 30-year-old man was initially reported to be in a severe state but later updated to a moderate condition following medical intervention. Glass shards caused minor injuries to another individual and lightly wounded a 13-year-old boy.
“The scene was alarming, with vehicles targeted in a sudden outburst of violence,” shared an official from the Magen David Adom ambulance service. “Upon reaching the victims, we found one man significantly injured and another two with lighter wounds, all in need of urgent care.”
In response, the Israel Defense Forces have launched an extensive search for the assailant, implementing roadblocks around the area.
