President Donald Trump is reportedly wasting restrictions which will allow for Jonathan Pollard to emigrate to Israel.

PM Netanyahu recently requested  that Pollard be allowed to come to Israel, something he attempted to work out with former President Barack Obama.

In November 2015, after 30 years in a US prison, the 61-year-old convicted spy was released on restrictive parole conditions and banned from immigrating to Israel. Pollard was sentenced to life in prison after pleading guilty to committing espionage on Israel’s behalf. However, a parole board granted his early release. He was released a day before scheduled because the initial release date fell on a Saturday.
