Yaakov, father of Noa Argamani returns to Chabad of Tel Aviv to celebrate his daughter’s rescue and return home.

He had recently visited the same synagogue where he received a blessing that his daughter would return home safely and prior to that he was at the Ohel (grave) of the Chabad Lubavitch Rabbi in New York earlier this year, praying for her safe return.
