A notorious 95-year-old German pensioner received a short prison sentence on Wednesday for her unrepentant record of denying the Holocaust.

Ursula Haverbeck, known as the “Nazi Grandma” in Germany’s far-right extremist circles, was convicted by a Hamburg court to 16 months in prison for her testimony during the 2015 criminal trial of former Auschwitz guard Oskar Groning.

During Haverbeck’s testimony, she falsely declared that the Holocaust is the “biggest and most sustained lie in history,” arguing that Auschwitz was “just a labor camp.” She received 10 months probation at the time for her antisemitic comments, but following a protracted appeals process, Haverbeck’s hearing did not take place until nine years later.

Even at her own sentencing this week, Haverbeck exploited court proceedings by trivializing Hitler’s extermination of European Jewry. As is customary for her degenerate following, a pack of Neo-Nazis showed up at court to heckle the judges and cheer on the xenophobe’s Holocaust revisionist beliefs, according to AFP.

Prior to her latest sentencing, Haverbeck racked up multiple stints behind bars for Holocaust denial, hate speech, and leading a far-right propaganda outfit in 2008 for disseminating Nazi propaganda.

Germany’s criminal code imposes severe penalties for those who deny the Holocaust or incite hatred against minorities, including potential imprisonment for up to 5 years. Selling goods with swastikas, persons seen performing the Nazi salute, and statements such as “Heil Hitler” are also illegal.
