Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu firmly addressed his stance against any external pressure regarding the creation of a Palestinian state.

This strong statement follows a series of international reports that both the US and UK are considering recognizing a Palestinian state ‘the day after’ the Gaza war, without waiting for the due process of talks between Israelis and Palestinians to formulate a two-state solution. According to Israel Hayom, Netanyahu has been privately considering accepting this resolution while publicly criticizing it, a strategy aimed at bolstering efforts towards diplomatic normalization with Saudi Arabia.
